EASTER SALAD

ensalada de pimientos

Serves 4

Ingredients:

12 oz (350 grms) of Qdelicias roasted peppers

2 oz (80 grams) dried tomatoes in olive oil

1.5 oz (40 grams) of water-hydrated dried peppers and sherry vinegar

4 hard boiled eggs

1.5 oz (40 grms) pitted black olives

1.5 Tbls (20 ml) extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Cut all ingredients and add olive oil.

This dish can be served with slices of cod or tuna fish.
